Thermal Modification Process; It is the process of minimizing the dehumidification and deforming behavior of wood by increasing the internal temperature of the wood above 200℃. As a result of the decomposition of the relative humidity in the wood, the products gain resistance to fungus and related decay and reach maximum durability against climatic stresses. Woods treated with Thermal Modification do not produce fungus and similar harmful organisms, do not bend, twist or shrink in length. It is not adversely affected by seasonal conditions.
